Molisha Brand Builder

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Molisha Brand Builder (“Agency”), located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, to its clients (“Client”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Molisha Brand Builder offers the following services:

• Website Design & Development
• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Graphics Design
• Content Marketing
• Digital Visiting Card Creation
• WhatsApp Marketing
• Video Creation & Editing
• Google Ads & Facebook Ads Management
• Promotional Services

The scope of services will be defined in a mutually agreed proposal or contract.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise specified in the contract.
• Customized packages and one-time projects require a 50% upfront payment and 50% upon project completion.
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension or project delays.
• Payments can be made via  bank transfer, UPI, etc.

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, images, and details required for the project on time.
• Respond to queries and provide feedback promptly to avoid delays.
• Not hold Molisha Brand Builder responsible for delays caused by the Client’s inaction or incomplete inputs.

4. Revisions & Changes

• Social Media Content: Up to 2 revisions per month are included in the service plan. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Website Development: Revisions are limited to the scope agreed in the proposal. Significant changes may require additional charges.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Client retains ownership of all original content provided.
• Molisha Brand Builder retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
• Copyright of materials created by Molisha Brand Builder is transferred to the Client only upon full payment.

7. Termination Policy

• Either party may terminate the agreement with a 15-day written notice.
• If the Client terminates the agreement mid-project, no refund will be provided for completed work or upfront payments.

8. Liability

• Molisha Brand Builder is not liable for:
  • Loss of business or revenue due to delays or errors in execution caused by third-party tools or platforms.
  • Negative outcomes from strategies, as marketing outcomes are dependent on external factors.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the respective project.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided in cases where the Agency is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal reasons. No refunds are applicable for services already delivered or ongoing campaigns.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.

12. Updates to Terms

Molisha Brand Builder reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or other communication methods.
